Make sure that the latest Power Commander USB software (Version 1.1.3) is installed. If it is then try to reload the firmware into the Power Commander. The firmware must be loaded into the Power Commander and when you go to the "View" menu and "Power Commander Information", the firmware version should show 2.0.4. Once all of the above items are verified, an ignition table will show up when the ignition module is connected.
